16 March. 2016 – On Thursday, March 17th, a sports seminar is going to be organized at Antonine University, in order to discuss the basics and exercises related to speed in sport!
The event will take at Antonine (Baabda) and is organized by the sports and physical education department in collaboration with Claude Bernard University from France!
Many of the participants are highly respected figures on the international sport scene. First, there is the French coach Guy Ontanon who coaches Jimmy Vicaut (European 100m sprint champion). Secondly, the former physical coach of the Italian football national team, Juventus and Inter Milan, Claudio Godino will also be there, in addition to the French football legend Lilian Thuram!
The main focus of the discussion will be on the different roles of speed and its relations with agility, flexibility…
