26 Apr. 2016- The Lebanese basketball national team will compete in the West Asian Championship that will be held on the 29th of May in Jordan. 2 teams will have the chance to be qualified to Asia Cup on September, Iran might participate in the U18 team in case of hosting Asia Cup.
The federation still didn’t take a decision about the national team coach with 33 days left to the start of the tournament. But a list of nominated coaches exist and here’s who the federation are targeting to lead the national team: ABAZ, Joe MOUJAES, Patrick SABA and PERISIC.
