25 May. 2016 – Micky Chebli, a Lebanese father and a cycling passionate has decided to undergo a mission that many will find impossible! Indeed, the father of 2 has decided to cycle from PARIS to BEIRUT on the occasion of this 50th birthday.
The goal of this incredible journey is to inspire his young kids and raise 300 000$ that will be distributed to 3 NGO’s.
100 000$ will help cover the education of 100 children who are being treated for life threatening diseases in 6 hospitals. Education includes 1 on 1 tutoring, computer courses and art therapy.
Another 100 000$ will be used to cover 10 hospitalizations with surgery, 1000 specialized consultations, 1000 vaccinations, 1500 X-rays and 500 laboratories explorations!
The final 100 000$ will go to Oum el Nour, the NGO responsible for Drug prevention and rehabilitation. The money will help 10 patients over a year and help in the awareness programs.
