31 Aug. 2015 – From July 26 till August 27, Mtein club organized a summer sports festival that got the whole town on its feet, in either cheering or participating.
The town’s volleyball team had great results during the festival, managing to win 8 games.
In the games against Hamat, Chabab El Batroun, Phoenicia, Lebanese army and general security, Mtein won 3-0, while also defeating Baasir 3-1. Moreover, Mtein’s ladies volleyball team defeated Mar Elias team 2-1.
