06 June. 2016 – Following in the footsteps of the senior team, the junior team of Al Mayadeen also managed to win the futsal championship as they beat Amal Bikfaya in a best of 3 series!
The final series was great as many young players showed what they are made of and proved to everyone that they are very talented!
Last game was the second and final one in the series, as Mayadeen won 5-3 to end things 2-0.
Moreover, the senior team’s coach stated that he is going to promote 7 players from the young roster next year to give them a chance in the first division!
