1 Sep. 2015 – On the second day of competition, XXL and CISCO managed to grab their second win in 2 games at the Step Ahead summer league.
First, XXL overcame Frank Wurst 79-64, led by Miguel Martinez who scored 15 points and 9 rebounds, while Tarek Ammoury and Omar El Turk both scored 13. From the losing team, Dino Rados and Mark Korjian both scored 10 points and Rabih Dib 9. XXL earned 5 points from the game, winning all quarters and the match. Frank Wurst meanwhile did not get any points.
On the other hand, CISCO cruised to another victory in the tournament, against Assaker Jewellery this time with a final score of 99-82. Nathan Walker was the game’s best player with 25 points and 8 rebounds, while his teammate Julian Khawaja added 18 points and 5 rebounds. From the losing team, Johnny Lattouf scored 20 points, John Assi 19 and Jad Khalil 16. CISCO earned 3.5 points from the game, and Assaker Jewellery 1.5.
