24 Aug. 2016- Lebanon lost the opening game of the 2016 Ordos Beach Soccer Tournament against Oman 1-2 and failed to get the revenge after loosing to the same team in the World Cup qualifiers.
The game was really close and our national team took the lead in the first period. Oman scored the equalizer goal through a penalty in the 2nd period. Both teams failed to score in the 3rd period and the game gone to an overtime!
Oman snatched the win in the last 50 seconds of the game by scoring the winning goal. Lebanon will face China today. Let us hope they can grab their first win of the tournament.
