13 Sep. 2016 – Preparations for the upcoming Turkish European Championship are ongoing with Al Riyadi women basketball team, as the yellow team is looking forward for a good result there. They have recently signed Milica Dabovic to join them in that tournament.
Milica is the Serbian National Team captain. She led them to win the 2015 European championship (Averages of 7.4 points, 2.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists per game.) The team then won a bronze medal at 2016 Rio Olympic Games. She occupies the point guard position, and is already 34 years old, which means heavily experienced. Her European club is Galatasaray from Turkey.
