14 Sep. 2016 – Farouk Al Taki has a strong passion for Kick Boxing. He has been practicing this sport for the past 15 years. He first had a personal coach when he was only 7 years old.

The 22 years old played Taekwondo for 5 years and earned a blue belt with the black eagle club, he then switched to kick boxing because it was more powerful sport and you have more contact than Taekwondo. During his career, he used to practice up to twice day and four days a week.

Farouk’s source of inspiration and motivation came from the very well known movie “Rocky Balboa”. It also taught him how to fight for life and to never surrender.

Moreover, he trained with Master Omar Khaled who was head of the Lebanese National team and Emirates Special Forces. He learned a lot throughout his career and wants to give it back to the younger generation. Therefore, Farouk started coaching in Muscle Up Workshop in Hamra.

If you want to start kick boxing, the only this you have to do is contact the Black Belt 2nd degree Kick boxer Farouk Al Taki on 76/67 26 58.
