25 Sep. 2016 – The Lebanese Muay Thai fighter, Rola Khaled, secured a medal at the 5th Asian Beach Games by making it to the final of her discipline today. Khaled defeated Yang Chin Chin from Chinese Taipei in the women light welterweight category and so she has now secured at least a silver medal.
Moreover, Mariana Kamar was also able to get a bronze medal despite losing in her first game.
Let’s hope more medals are on the way for the Lebanese team.
