07 Oct. 2016- After shining in FIBA ASIA U18 that took place in Iran from the 22nd till the 31st of July, Karim Zeinoun and Saleem Alaeddine, our young Lebanese players are representing Lebanon once again in Asia, but this time with Riyadi.
In fact, they are the youngest 2 players in the tournament (17 years old), then comes the Malaysian player Syahrul Ridzuan ROSLI (18 years old).
Karim averaged in Asia 9.6 points, 5.2 rebounds, 1.5 assists and 2 steals per event.
As for Saleem, he averaged 5.8 points, 1.4 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 steal per event.
All the best to our Lebanese youngsters in Asia, this will definitely be a huge experience for them.
May they represent Lebanon the best way possible alongside their teammates.
Hope Riyadi will raise the Lebanese flag high and bring the gold home.
