19 Oct. 2016- ELFIT is the first and biggest fitness competition in Egypt and among the leading fitness events in the Middle East region.
Many Lebanese athletes will be taking part in this event. This competition will take place between the 19th and 22nd of October.
The Lebanese delegation consists of Elie El Abyad, Michel Barakat, Jad Fenianos and Ray Dona youngest Lebanese athlete, all from Holiday Fit. Will be joining them Carlos Jaber from A-Fit as well as a team from Crossfit B town. It is safe to say that these athletes have been training day and night for this competition so we wish them the best of luck.
