31 Oct. 2016- The final of Housam Eddine Hariri has just ended with Homenetmen grabbing the title after a very hard fought final.
For the first time in history, the orange team makes it to the semi final of the tournament but they did not stop there. They went on to earn a place in the final but not only did they advance to the final game they also won it. It was a very close game and the score (102-98) proves it. It was not a walk in the park for Sevag Ketenjian, who scored the last 2 free throws, and his teammates but nothing is too hard for Homenetmen. Mike Taylor delivered an outsanding performance all throughout the tournament to earn the award of best scorer of the whole tournament. In the final game, Mike scored 39 points with Mojok scoring 32 and Souaid 12. Passion, dedication and teamwork win championship and Homenetmen proved that tonight.
Congratulations to the Lebanese team on a well deserved win. There was definitely no better way to end their journey than by bringing home the trophy. Tonight, Homenetmen go down in the history books!
