09 Nov. 2016- Byblos made it to the final of Henry Chalhoub Basketball Tournament after a very exciting game! It was with no doubt was one of the best games in the tournament so far.
Tadamon had a solid start of the game and created a gap of 12 points in the first 10 minutes of the game! Byblos managed to bounce back in the second quarter and scored 25 points leaving their opponents with only 8 points. Halftime scored Byblos 35-30 Tadamon.
The 3rd quarter was also in favor of Byblos as the team could extend the lead to 9 points. The last 10 minutes of the game were the most exciting as Caughter’s team looked determined to win and managed to reduce the gap with time. With less than 1 minute left, Jad Khalil gave Tadamon the lead by 2 points but Byblos’ Ndoudi Eby scored 3 points and gave his team the lead by 1 point with less than 30 seconds left. Byblos made it to the final with a final score 74-73.
