13 Nov. 2016 – The Lebanese football national team carries on with its preparations for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup qualifications with a friendly game against Jordan this time.
In fact, both teams are looking to prepare for these qualifications and every game, whether friendly or not, is crucial. The Lebanese delegation consists of 21 players as well as the general secretary of the federation. They will be leaving the country on 13th of November to play the game that will take place on the 15th.
The national team had already taken part in a training camp last Monday as a preparation for the game against Palestine. This match ended in a draw (1-1).
The game against Jordan will be the last friendly for the Lebanese national team. Both team have already faced each other in a game that ended in a draw on the 31st of August.
