30 Nov. 2016 – Mtein Women’s Volleyball team is heading to Cairo, Egypt, to take part in the Arab Women Volleyball tournament from the 2nd to the 12th of December 2016.
It is the first time Mtein Women’s team are heading to a competition abroad after winning the Lebanese title this season.
The team started their preparation 2 months ago in Michel El Murr. chai Bou Farhat, assisted by Elie Bou Farhat, are applying a training program for the team to be ready to fight in Cairo.
The head of the delegation will be the treasurer of the Federation Clement Abou Akl, and the players are: Lara Bou Farhat (captain), Joseianne Assaf, Ghana Nasr, Mira Adra, Rim Khoury, Simone Abou Jaoude, Angela Saad, Aline Mattar, Lara Al Jarrah, Aya Maria Mattar, Minerva Abboud and Koury Daytoun.
Our Lebanese team will play with 6 different Arab clubs. We wish them the best!
