11 Dec. 2016 – The Lebanese triathlete Ali Tabbal was phenomenal at IRONMAN 70.3 Bahrain, as he managed to secure a third place in his division!
Tabbal was competing in the men 45-49 Y.O category. An overall time of 4 hours 44 minutes and 30 seconds was enough to get him the bronze medal.
Going out of the water in 27 minutes and 59 seconds was no doubt his strong point as it gave him some room to breathe during the bike course.
Well done Ali with that amazing result at the Middle East Championship, you made us all extremely proud!
