22 Sep. 2015 – 1001 riders took part part in a sporting ride from Beirut to Ehden organized by the “Wing Riders Lebanon” as part of the Helmets Awareness Campaign.
The Lebanese Actor Youssef EL KHAL lead the ride with a group of riders: “Red Riders”, “Lebanon Riders”, “Goldwing Lebanon” and “Wing Riders Lebanon”. The ride started in front of the Four Seasons Hotel. The riders crossed several mountainous areas accompanied by ATV riders and some cars. 
The Awareness Campaign targeted the ones who are interested in riding, by explaining to them how to stick to the regulations and how to ride safely by wearing the helmet and respecting the rules.
The trip included a lunch break in Kroum Ehden where they took photos with Youssef EL KHAL, the organizers and the sponsors of this ride.
At the end of the day, everyone returned safely waiting for the event where about 2000 helmets will be distributed to the Lebanese Army, the Red Cross, the Interior Security and more. The event will be held in the garden of the president Renee MOUAWAD at Sanayeh on the afternoon of the 4th of October 2015.
