11 Dec. 2016 – The veterans final of the 2016 Mike Sport Inter Clubs Tennis Tournament was very tight between Golf Club of Lebanon and Delb Country Club.
Three series were played between players from both clubs and it was Delb Country Club who grabbed the gold medal with a 2-1 victory.
First Jamal Chaker gave Golf Club a first win against Georges Kabalan 2-0 (6-3 6-1), before DCC responded with Karim Khoury beating Mazen Hakim 2-0 (6-3 6-2) and the duo Kabalan/Khoury overcomigng Chaker/Hakim 2-0 (6-1 6-0).
