18 Dec.2016– Here are your best Lebanese players after the fourth round.
At point guard, emerging talent Ali Mezher is our choice for this round. Amazing this week with 32 points, 8 assists and 3 rebounds this guy is becoming a threat anywhere on the court.
Choosing a shooting guard was not an easy task as many players performed well. Yet Elie Stephan made the cut with 21 points, 2 rebounds, and 2 assists. Although his team lost, he was influential all game long.
At small forward, it was a clear choice. Jean Abed El Nour deservedly makes our list. A fighter for the whole 45 minutes of the game. He was the heart and soul of his team. Great on both sides of the court, he was the go-to guy for the defending champions and finished the game with 20 points, 10 rebounds, 5 assists and the W.
At power forward, this guy is here week in week out. Fadi El Khatib might be living his best days in Homenetmen. With 33 points, 4 rebounds, 4 assists, he led his team to a fourth win. Unbeaten till now.
Our big guy of the week is none other than our National team center Charles Tabet. Coming back to form with a great display against Champville, racking up the stat sheet with 12 points and 8 rebounds, 2 steals, and a block. Welcome back Charles.
