24 Sep. 2015- Lebanon lost to Qatar in their second game at the 2015 FIBA Asia -. Our national team dominated the 1st half of the game creating a gap of 15 points at halftime. Qatar were able to bounce back in the 3rd quarter scoring 27 points with only 8 points to the Lebanese team. The game was really close and ended in a draw at full-time Lebanon 73-73 Qatar! The 2 teams refused to give up and the game was pushed into a second overtime! (1st overtime result: 86-86).
Unfortunately, our players missed a lot of freethrows in the second overtime and Qatar were able to secure the win after 2 consecutive 3 points killer. Lebanon lost 100-105 to Qatar. Hard Luck to our national team!
