04 Jan. 2017 – After the end of the regular season of the Lebanese Futsal League, it is now time for the Final 8 to take place.
Bank of Beirut ended their regular season on top of the league table so they will face Freedom Saida who finished in 8th place, and so on for the rest of the teams. In other words the team who finished in 2nd place will face the 7th, the one who finished 3rd will face the 6th, and the 4th will go up against the 5th. The team who wins two games out of three will advance to the next stage of the league.
The schedule of the Final 8 is the following:
Game 1:
- 11-02-2017: Army vs. South Sporting at 4:00 PM
- 12-02-2017: Achrafieh Youth Club vs. Tripoli Fayhaa at 4:00 PM
- 12-02-2017: Bank of Beirut vs. Freedom Saida at 6:00 PM
- 14-02-2017: Choueifat vs. Club 1875 (USJ) at 8:30 PM
Game 2:
- 18-02-2017: Army vs. South Sporting at 6:00 PM
- 19-02-2017: Bank of Beirut vs. Freedom Saida at 6:00 PM
- 20-02-2017: Choueifat vs. Club 1875 (USJ) at 7:10 PM
- 21-02-2017: Achrafieh Youth Club vs. Tripoli Fayhaa at 8:30 PM
Game 4: (If there’s any)
- 23-02-2017: Army vs. South Sporting at 5:00 PM
- 23-02-2017: Choueifat vs. Club 1875 (USJ) at 6:00 PM
- 23-02-2017: Achrafieh Youth Club vs. Tripoli Fayhaa at 7:00 PM
- 23-02-2017: Bank of Beirut vs. Freedom Saida at 9:00 PM
The teams who advance to the next round will play the semi-finals on the following dates:
Game 1:
- 27-02-2017 at 8:30 PM
- 27-02-2017 at 8:30 PM
Game 2:
- 02-03-2017 at 6:00 PM
- 03-03-2017 at 4:00 PM
