20 Feb. 2017 – The first team who made it to the semi finals of the Lebanese futsal league is the Lebanese Army, as they defeated Al Janoub Sporting 7-0 in the second game of a best of 3 series.
In both games, the Army found no difficulty overcoming the Southern team, to breeze into the semis.
Shortly after, Bank of Beirut closed out their series against Freedom Saida with a 6-2 win in the second match.
Both qualified teams were among the best in the regular season and it comes as no surprise watching them reach this stage. Now, their real challenge will begin so they have to be fully ready.
