02 Oct. 2015- Lebanon defeated Bahrain 6-2 in the 2nd day of the 2016 AFC Futsal Qualifiers to score the second consecutive win and qualify to the 2016 AFC Futsal Cup. Ali Tneich scored a hat-trick (1′, 5′ and 15′), Ahmad Kheir El Dine (17′), Mohamad Kobbeisy (32′) and Moustafa Serhan (39′) scored for the Lebanese team.
On the other hand, Jordan defeated Saudi Arabia 2-0 to score the first 3 points in the qualifications.
Lebanon is currently on the top of Group A with 1 match left against Saudi Arabia, here’s the standings of the group after the 2nd round:
