31 Mar. 2017 – The Lebanese fencing national team is going to Bulgaria from April 1st and until the 10th, in order to participate in the U17 & U20 category of the World Cup.
Heading the delegation is the Fencing president Georges Zidan, while the players are: Marie Joe Abou Jaoude (U17), Nay Salameh (U17), Antoine Oneissi (U17), Giorgio Daou (U17), Mark El Rahi (U17), Victoria Haikal (U20), Antoine Choueiry (U20), Arz Zahreddine (U20) and Mark Baghdadian (U20).
The delegation also consists of coaches Bahij Charanek and Mahmoud Ali Ahmad and good results are expected as the team is well prepared.
