20 Jun. 2017 – The Lebanese tennis player Giovanni Samaha is currently in Sri Lanka, participating in the F1 Futures Tennis Tournament, before taking part in the F2 Futures and then meet up with the Davis Cup squad.
In his first game, Samaha was able to grab the victory, partnering with Nicholas Bybel from the USA to win 6-4 7-6 in their doubles match.
Unfortunately, Giovanni was not able to repeat his success in the first round of the singles competition. The Lebanese player indeed suffered a heavy 2-0 (6-4 6-0) defeat against Davide Galoppini from Italy.
Nevertheless, let’s wish him all the luck in his remaining games!
