02 Nov. 2015- Lebanon defeated Japan in the 2nd round of the 2015 U16 FIBA Asia 84-70 and jumped to the 2nd place of the group. This is the first loss to Japan national team after successfully winning 4 consecutive games.
The start of the game was tremendous to our players creating a gap of 14 points at the end of the first quarter (28-14). The gap was maintained in the second quarter and the first half of the game came to end Lebanon 48-34 Japan. The 3rd quarter ended in favor of Japan scoring 5 points more than Lebanon but this wasn’t enough as Lebanon won the game 84-70.
