29 Nov. 2015 – The Volleyball Independence Tournament for Veterans has finally come to an end. Amchit Women’s won the finals against Ghalboun in 2-0 while in the men’s Dragstor 3U won over The Storm Jal El Dib in 3-2.
The tournament was supervised by the Lebanese Volleyball Federation and was held in Amchit club and in Mont La Salle. The Volleyball Veterans Committee organized this event and finally distributed the awards for the winners.
We should note that Veterans championships are really important to keep the sports alive. It is also a way to keep the athletes motivated about their sports and share moments of joy through competition.
