03 Dec. 2015 – Myriam HECHME, 24, is one of the best Lebanese equestrians in Lebanon. She just won the Lebanese Championship with her horse Swat in the Seniors B category. The three days competition was held in Dbaye Country Club with the participation of 21 equestrians!Image may be NSFW.

Myriam, who belongs to Country Farm Club in Ain Al Rihana, was able to grab the title after completing five rounds of 130cm hurdles’ height, with zero mistakes! Her great experience helped her win with a perfect score!
Myriam’s passion goes beyond our Lebanese frontiers. She participated in many international competitions throughout her career. In Lebanon, she won several times the younger categories championships.
She is also transmitting her passion for this sport to younger equestrians such as her student Lukas RACHID (15), who won gold in the Lebanese Youth Championship. Myriam is currently coaching young equestrians who are the future of this sport. Who’s better than a great champion to inspire a young generation?
Myriam HECHME is now preparing for the upcoming season where she will compete in Lebanese and International competitions.
Myriam and her younger brother Menah (22), used to form a great equestrian duo, but Menah is now focusing on his University studies which directly affected his career as an equestrian and prevented him from participating in the Lebanese Championship.
The HECHME duo were able to win Lebanese titles and achieve great results internationally in Europe, like Netherland, Germany and Belgium.
Equestrian is an amazing sport and one of the greatest and most prestigious in the middle east! We are proud to have such amazing equestrians in Lebanon especially women!
