29 Dec. 2015 – Anthony CHOUEIRY, who is only 16, was able to defeat his coach to win the Epee Lebanese Title while on the other hand, Rita ABOU JAOUDE is totally dominating her event!
The Lebanese Individual Epee Championship was held in Mont La Salle, Ain Saade, and was named after the passing Lebanese Champion and General Secretary of the federation Fady TANNOUS.
In the men’s event, Anthony, who represents Mont La Salle, was able to defeat his Master Mahmoud ALI AHMAD from the Lebanese Army to win the Seniors title! Imad NAHHAS and Rami BAYDOUN (Mont La Salle) finished both in third place.

Women’s Podium
In the women’s category, Rita ABOU JAOUDE (Taadod) defended her title by winning over Marie Joe ABOU JOUADE (Mont La Salle), while Lea KHEIRALLAH (Mont La Salle) and JANA Ommar (Taadod) shared the bronze medal.
The matches were supervised by Ziad ABOU AARAJ, Claudine RIZK and Ziad JALBOUT. We should also note the presence of the president of the federation Ziad CHOUEIRY, the family of the deceased and the president of Mont La Salle Jihad SALAME.
