07 Jan. 2016 – The final game of the Rookies Basketball Challenge was taking place in Demirdjian Center, between Bank Byblos and the Lawyers Association!
In that game, both teams played excellent basketball but it was Bank Byblos who won 71-64. From the first quarter, a combination of outside and inside game gave Bank Byblos, as they did not rely on one game style only. But, the Lawyers were able many times to get back in the score but it was not enough to give them the win.
Moreover, the Bank’s coach Rafi Tcholijian was handed the best coach in the tournament award, while his player Farid Choucair got the best scorer and Ricardo Martinez the best player!
