11 Jan. 2016 – Ramzi NAIM wasn’t the only Lebanese athlete who flew off to Prague to compete in indoors, Nourhane EL KOUCHE (Ansar) also went there to break the Youth Indoor High Jump record!
Nourhan already holds both the Bantam and Midget records in High Jump. Her best performance outdoor was 1.51 meters. She just set a new youth record of 1.51 meters as well equalling Krystel SANEH’s juniors indoor record.
This young girl is a promising talent. She specialised in High Jump since she first started track and field with her coach, Imad AL LAYMOUNI. We should also mention that her dad is a big support!
On the other hand, Ramzi ran his second indoor 60m in 7.01. The race was scheduled at 9:00 AM, but the sprinters actually ran at 12!! Which affected the performances of the runners. Ramzi came third despite everything with his second best time on 60m after equalling the 60m Indoor record of 6.95 few days ago.
The indoor season started with great performances! The indoor competitions are approaching and the outdoor season will surely be a promising one!
Congrats!
