15 Jan. 2016- Bahrain is hosting the 17th Asian Handball Championship with the participation of 11 teams: Lebanon, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, China Japan, Oman, Qatar, Iran, South Korea, Syria and UAE.
Our national team lost the opening game against Bahrain 18-41. Unfortunately, our players failed to match with the opponent to end the first half 7-16 and the second half 11-25.
Lebanon’s second game is tomorrow against Iran! Both teams are sharing the last of Group B and will be looking for a win to gain places and keep the hope of reaching the second round.
