22 Jan. 2016 – We can proudly announce that Lebanon will be hosting the meeting of the East Arab Volleyball Federation from the 25th to the 26th of January 2016.
Five national representatives will attend this meeting from Lebanon, Syria, Palestine, Iraq and Jordan. The meetings will be held in Madisson Hotel in Jounieh.
Lebanon to host the Arab Beach Volleyball Championship!
The Lebanese Federation will be represented by its president and the president of the Lebanese Olympic Committee Jean HAMAM, who invited the Eat Arab Federation to Lebanon for the meetings. The general secretary of the Lebanese Volleyball Federation Joseph SAADE will also be representing our country at this meeting as well as Emile JABBOUR.
On the other hand, the Iraqi federation will be represented by its president Manaf FADEL, the Syrian Federation will be represented by its president Ibrahim EL KHOURY and its General secretary Baibred HAJJ HASSAN, the Palestinian Federation will be represented by the member of the executive board Mounir Mahmoud AOUDE, the Jordanian federation will be represented by its president Ziab AL CHATARAT and its general secretary Monzer AL AMOURY.
The general assembly will be held on Wednesday, 26th of January, at 5:00 PM. The main subject of the meeting will be the cooperation between the countries of the East Arab region as well as the development of volleyball in this area of the world, and finally the cooperation regarding the Arab, Asian and International merit.
