24 Jan. 2016 – There is a silent soldier who is working really hard in the other part of the world, Charles KARAM
, the Lebanese Sprinter came back to his country for the first time last year to take part in the Lebanese Athletics Championship.

The young guy has been training really hard and competing in different indoor competitions on different distances going from 200 meters to 800 meters. Charles, who trains and lives in the United States, ran twice the 200 meters indoor in 22.57 seconds!
Nourhane EL KOUCHE sets a new youth indoor high jump record!
The Lebanese indoor 200m record is held by Ali HAZER (Champions) with 22.50 second, achieved on the 18th of February 2014 in Romania. After getting close to the record twice, Charles finally break it with an amazing 22.39 seconds!
The lesson of this achievement is obvious: patience pays off.
Ramzi NAIM breaks the 60m indoor record!
Charles also ran the 300m indoors, which will be considered as best performance. He crossed this distance in an amazing 35.88 seconds. He ran the 400 meters in 50.94 seconds on the same day he broke the 200m record.
KARAM will be running the either the 400 meters or the 500 meters next week!
