01 Feb. 2016 – Sainte Famille Batroun just welcomed Rony FAHED, the Lebanese Basketball player and Champville‘s player as well, in the school with the presence of Sister Georges-Marie AZAR, the director of the school and the sports coordinator Wassil KHOURY and his students.
Rony FAHED shared his experiences of the National team and even with the Lebanese clubs during the Lebanese Basketball League. He also talked about the three World Basketball Championships that he attended with the Lebanese team; in 2002 in the United States, in 2006 in Japan and in 2010 in Turkey!
On the other hand, the school also honored their rising talent Christelle ABDELNOUR who just set a new national record in swimming!
And finally, the Sainte Famille Batroun will host a school tournament after opening their new indoor sports courts! A competition in Futsal and volleyball will be held on the new court!
