10 Feb. 2016 – Many age group teams from BESGB were participating in the Mount Lebanon Futsal championship, and as it was evident, they were competing fiercely in all categories.
First, the boys 98/99 team made it to the finals and will face Sagesse High School, after defeating Jal El Dib official school (9-1), then BHS (7-3) and finally Baabdat school (6-5 in penalties).
The 2000-2001 team meanwhile lost in the semi finals against Rawda 3-2 in penalties, and previously defeated Champville 2-1.
On the other hand, the 98-99 girls team defeated Rosary School 6-1 and will face Champville in the semi final of Baabda Metn. The 2000-2001 meanwhile will face BHS in the semi finals of Baabda Metn after beating Champville 2-0.
