14 Aug. 2015 – The Pit Stop arena in Zouk Mikael is hosting the 5th Race of the Lebanese Karting Championship, tomorrow, Saturday 15 August, under the supervision of ATCL. This race is the 5th round of the 2015 Lebanese Championship and is divided into age group categories!
There is still three more rounds before the end of this championship and before knowing who the champion will be in each category. Joey HAJJ is one of the racers in the Seniors Max. For now he’s third in his category with 111 points after Samer MATTAR with 148 points and Matthias NJEIM who’s leading with 159 points.
“I’ve been struggling with my car in the past two months. I raced last time without solving all the problems, I started last and finished second in the race. We’ve been working on it since the last race to get it back on the track to at least be perfect for tomorrow’s race! Yesterday I had a small problem but we solved it directly. I am now 100% ready for the race if my car can deliver what I want from her.” Said Joey.
“The competition is being very close and tomorrow’s race will be very tough! We are racing with a difference of 0.1 to 0.2 which is close!” Added Joey.
