16 Mar.2016 – Our Lebanese tennis U16 girls lost against Sri Lanka in the quarter-finals of the Juniors Fed Cup and won against Nepal.
In the first game, Yasmine GHAOUI played against Anika SENEVIRATNI from Sri Lanka and lost in three sets: 6-2, 4-6, 6-3.
Gaelle BOU ABDO won the second match against Anya GUNEWARDENA in an amazing 6-2, 6-1!
In the third and final match in this game, Gaelle and Yasmine joined forces to play against the two Players from Sri Lanka but lost in three sets: 6-3, 6-4, 10-4.
In the second game against Nepal, our girls won in 3-0!! They will have one more game to play tomorrow in the play-off 1-8.
They have done a really good job so far! We wish them the best of luck tomorrow!
