12 May 2016 – The Lebanese Karting Championship 2016 continues with the 5th round of the Rotax Max Challenge that was being held in Pit Stop, Zouk Mikhael.
The championship is divided into four different age group categories. Sami Joe ABI NAKHLE, Karl RIZK, Christopher RIZK and Sari ABOU RAHAL were the four winners of this 5th round!
In the Mini Max challenge for 10 and 12 years-old, which consisted of 12 laps, Sami Joe NAKHLE was the first to cross the finish line. Behind him, comes Jay NEHME in second place and Rayan KHNEISER in third place.
In the older category f the 12 to 15 year-old, the Juniors Max, Karl RIZK was the first to complete the 20 laps! Rached GHANEM came in second place and George NADER finished in third place.
In the Rotax Max category (15+), which consists of 22 laps, Christopher RIZK was the first driver to cross the finish line leaving Christopher NJEIM and Samer MATTAR respectively behind him.
Finally, in the DD2 race, which also consists of 22 laps, Sari ABOU RAHAL was able to defeat Abdo FEGHALI to take the first place while Teddy CHAAROUI finished in third place.
