26 Aug. 2015- The under 18 White Weapon Lebanese Championship proved to be, once again, a highly successful event, with up to 10 participating teams and an athlete count of over 100 individuals as young as 6 years old.
With some good performances shown by the fighters and a more than noticeable increase in the level of skills, Tristar Gym Lebanon was able to score the first place trophy among other notable teams such as MASD, Taekwondo MMA School, The Bumblebees, Golden Body Gym and many others. Many young potential prospects got the chance to showcase their skills and proved to be an example of the increasing level of performance and understanding of combat sports in Lebanon.
With several achievements having been made throughout this year in Lebanese combat sports, much more support is expected for, especially for the upcoming generations who are being coached by some of the best in Lebanon. Congratulations to the White Weapon organizers on a successful event that took place at Tristar Gym Lebanon in Mtayleb Country Club. We hope to see more events that serve as a stage for combat sport athletes to keep evolving locally and be ready to compete internationally.
