26 Jul. 2016 – Beirut Marathon Association announced that BLOM Bank will be the main sponsor of the event for the next three years: 2016, 2017 and 2018!
The Beirut Marathon is undoubtedly the biggest sports event that is being held in Lebanon since 2003. This is not the first time BLOM Bank and the Association cooperate to make the event a success. BLOM Bank supported BMA from 2004 to 2012 and they both grew together throughout the years.
Beirut Marathon is the only event where everyone come together from different regions of Lebanon, different religions and backgrounds, to run together for Peace, Love and Solidarity.
May EL KHALIL pointed out that without the support of BLOM Bank, they couldn’t succeed! They won the bronze Label then the silver and they are looking forward to earn the Gold label!
The Launch of the 2016 BLOM Bank Beirut Marathon will be held on the 8th of August 2016, at 6:30 PM in Lancaster Plaza Hotel, in Raouche Beirut. The Marathon will be held on the 13th of November 2016.
