11 Aug. 2016 – The legendary captain of the Lebanese football NT, Roda Antar, expressed his excitement at the upcoming Game of Legends, stating that it will be one for the ages! The game is set to take place on September 10th, at Fouad Chehab stadium.
Moreover, Antar stated that he’s being bombarded with questions about the game everyday from the fans, and this shows how big their passion for local and international football is. The Lebanese legend also highlighted the importance of the game for the young generation, as they grew up without enjoying the football present by other Lebanese legends such as Moussa Hojeij, Jamal Taha, Malek Hassoun, Fouad Hijazi, Vartan Gazaria, Jamal El Hajj… Therefore, it is a great opportunity for them to meet the old guard, while the older fans will in return get the memories of the good old days back!
What makes this game so special for Antar is that he’s facing the world stars while representing his country, and not a foreign club as part of his job.
