27 Sep. 2016 – After a long period of waiting, Champville finally kicked off their signings for the upcoming season.
The blue team, led by coach Ghassan Sarkis has indeed signed 2 foreign players with more players on the way. First, Brandon Thomas returned to the club after playing with the club last year. Thomas is a sharp shooter who proved to be deadly whenever left open.
Moreover, Kiel Turpin also joined the team. Turpin is a 27 year old center, who was playing with FSU with 4.9 points per game and 2.3 rebounds in 12 minutes and then in Georgia the following year with 15.8 points per game and 13.1 rebounds. Kiel is not a player proven abroad but who knows what impact he will have in the Lebanese league!
