21 Nov.2016– Right To Play Lebanon have unveiled Miramar Mokdad as their new Athlete Ambassador.
Miramar is known for her great basketball skills, playing for Riyadi in the women’s first division and then making the switch to Chabibeh Basketball club. Besides her skills on the court, she is a role model off the court to many young boys and girls. She finds joy in helping others and adding positive value to the people around her which make her a perfect fit in this organization.
Moreover, she is a certified personal trainer with basketball focused programs as a specialty. This helped her to establish Beyond Basketball organization to give unprivileged children and refugees the chance to enjoy the game.
We hope she will be one of many who would use the game to build bridges between people rather than hatred.
