20 Dec. 2016 – Louaize are now leading the Lebanese Futsal League second division with 12 games played, 10 won and 2 lost. They proved that they are the best team this season and are preparing hard to move for the first division.
Since the beginning of the league, Louaize was one of the best three teams with Ghobeiry who are currently in second place and Aamal Bikfaya who are in third position after week 13. The best three teams will eventually move to the first division.
Marwan Zora from Louaize is the second best scorer of the tournament so far having scored 23 goals, just one goal away from the top scorer Ahmad Hawila’s 24 goals (General Security).
On the other hand, Mohammad Dheini (General Security) is on top of the list with 11 assists, he is followed by Mohammad Iskandarani (Louaize) with 9 assists tied with Ahmad Hawila (General Security), and in third comes Jihad Abou Chacra and Christophe Moujabber from Louaize with 8 assists each.

On Saturday 17, Louaize defeated Rawda Dikwaneh in 6-1 while Aamal Bikfaya won over Ghobeiry in 5-4. The next day, JSK defeated Ahli Saida in 5-3 and Homenetmen Burj Hammoud won over AUCE in 4-3. Finally, on Monday, December 19, Nakabat El Mouhamin won over Jamhour in 4-0.
