01 Feb. 2017 – After deciding to play with two guards, Terrel Stoglin & Michael Efevberha, coach Fouad Abou Chacra has decided to add a center as the third foreign player on the team.
Zach Andrews, a 32 year old, 206cm center who last played for Iwoa Energy of the NBA D-League has joined Sagesse in order to help them fulfill their goals in Lebanon and abroad.
Andrews played with many teams in the NBA D-League while also having shorts stints elsewhere, like in the Italian Serie A and Japanese league where he averaged 11.1 points and 10.8 rebounds back in 2010-2011.
His profile is surely not the most attractive, but he may fit well with the team. We wish him the best of luck with the greens!
