09 Feb. 2017 – Darrius Garrett, Hoops foreigner, got injured in a game that opposed his team to Mouttahed in the Lebanese Basketball League.
Just 3 minutes into the game, Garrett suffered a leg injury that kept him out of the match up. Hoops couldn’t count on one of their key players in that game. However, after further examination, it appeared that Garrett wouldn’t be able to continue with his team this season. He is not going to be fit and in shape for the rest of the Lebanese Basketball League. He now leaves his team in a very unpleasant situation where they have to look for a replacement for him mid-season.
It is safe to say that Hoops got the short end of the stick and had to bear the brunt in this game.
