Jordan’s history in FIBA Asia:

Head to head – Lebanon VS Jordan:
In 2005, Lebanon faced Jordan for the first time in FIBA Asia! The teams fell in the first round’s group D, Lebanon defeated Jordan 69-59 to secure the lead of the group.
Lebanon and Jordan fell also in Group D in the 2009 FIBA Asia Championship, this time Jordan secured the lead after defeating our national team 67-84! Rasheim Wright was the scorer of the game with 23 points. The two teams met again but this time in a fight for a world championship ticket, Jordan won the game and the ticket by grabbing the 3rd place after defeating Lebanon 80-66.
So we managed to defeat Jordan only 1 time in FIBA Asia from 3 games! We should also mention that Lebanon defeated Jordan in 2015 WABA (May 2015) by 18 points (92-74).
All the best to our national team and we hope to grab that spot in the quarter finals.
