20 Jan. 2016 – The Lebanese Table Tennis Federation with the major support of Wadih EL ABSI, is organizing the annual awards dinner for their athletes.
The dinner will be held on Friday, January 29th in “Zone” restaurant in Mansourieh at 8:30 PM.
The Lebanese Table Tennis players achieved great results in 2015, and we should note the performance of the national team at the Asian Championship, which allowed them to qualify for the World Table Tennis teams Championship that will take place in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, from the 28th of February to the 6th of March 2016.
The team will be formed by Avo MOUMJOGHLIAN, Rachid EL BOUBOU and Mohamad HAMIYE. The Women’s team will be formed by: Leticia AZAR, Noelle KECHECHIAN and Marianna SAHAKIAN.
The men’s team happened to be in the third division out of four with Congo Brazzaville, Indonesia, Estonia, Ireland and Sri Lanka.
